Yang Hansen Trains One-on-One with Former Lakers Player! US Media Suggests a 3-for-2 Trade: Stable Minutes Await in Milwaukee

Yang Hansen posted two training pictures on social media on August 1st. He was seen battling one-on-one with ex-Lakers center Koloko (just signed by New Orleans). The pictures were taken by his trainer Chris Johnson, who labeled a shot of Hansen's hook with "Kareem (Abdul-Jabbar)."

Through this offseason's training, Yang Hansen has become more muscular and improved his speed on both ends of the court. However, with a crowded frontcourt in Portland, it remains difficult for him to get more playing time. US media outlet Fadeaway World recently proposed a trade scenario that includes Yang Hansen. The specific deal: Portland sends Scoot Henderson, Shaedon Sharpe, and Yang Hansen to Milwaukee in exchange for Tyler Herro and Caris LeVert.

The US media believes this trade makes sense for both teams. On the Blazers' side, their backcourt is overcrowded, making it hard for Henderson to find minutes behind Lillard and Morant. In contrast, Herro, who is a more prolific scorer, would be a better fit for Portland. At 26, Herro has already established himself as a quality offensive guard in the league. As veteran Lillard approaches the end of his career, Herro could eventually take over as the starting shooting guard. Moreover, Herro's off-ball scoring ability complements Morant perfectly, adding another perimeter threat to the Blazers without disrupting the balance of the offense.

As for the Bucks, they would also welcome this trade. Henderson has the potential to grow into the team's future primary ball-handler, while Sharpe shows promise as a major scoring option. Compared to the limited opportunities he had in Portland, Yang Hansen could secure more consistent playing time in Milwaukee.
