Demanding $50 Million! Luka Doncic's Ex-Fiancée's New Lawsuit Revealed: Also Seeking to Strip Partial Custody

On August 7th Beijing time, Luka Doncic's former fiancée Anamaria Goltes once said she wished for a friendly resolution... however, TMZ Sports has learned that she has escalated the lawsuit to Slovenia. She believes the cost of an agreement is $50 million!

Sources with knowledge of the situation told TMZ that Anamaria has filed a new lawsuit in Slovenia, seeking $40 million for herself, with the remaining $10 million presumably intended for the couple's two daughters. Doncic has previously stated he would do anything for his children, so the $10 million request for the kids might be realistic, but the $40 million is another matter entirely.

Additionally, sources say she also wants to strip Doncic of some custody rights. Currently, Doncic can spend at least two days a week with the children, but Anamaria hopes to reduce visitation to just one day per week.

As we previously reported, Anamaria filed documents in Los Angeles this week to withdraw the child support petition, stating that for the children's best interests, she hopes to resolve the matter through "friendly negotiations and reaching a mutual agreement." But clearly, this settlement comes at a high cost.

Doncic and Anamaria have two daughters: two-year-old Gabriela and seven-month-old Olivia. The couple had been together for ten years and called off their engagement this year.

Doncic previously argued that California is not the appropriate venue for this dispute, as the two daughters reside in Slovenia, and he has already initiated custody and child support proceedings there. Frankly, this argument holds water; Anamaria's withdrawal of the California lawsuit may be due to her slim chances of winning there.

The Lakers star is currently in Slovenia to spend more time with his daughters. He revealed back in May that he would not play for the national team this summer, focusing solely on seeking joint custody.

It is reported that during his time there, he will handle both family matters and basketball work simultaneously: Luka plans to host a four-day mini-camp for the entire Lakers team in Slovenia later this month.
