Hello everyone, I'm Game Xiaodi.
During the Summer Farming Festival, Honor of Kings launched a new entertainment mode called Ultra Extreme Frenzy. This mode became incredibly popular as soon as it was released, with many players unable to stop playing. Its biggest feature is that heroes can stack layers infinitely, up to level 99. Their size keeps growing, and attributes become more exaggerated, leading to a chaotic late game where heroes with tens of thousands of HP are everywhere. So, how exactly do you play this mode? Which heroes are strong? And how should you choose buffs? In this episode, Xiaodi will discuss these topics.

Ultra Extreme Frenzy was officially launched on August 6th with the version update, and it's one of the core entertainment modes of the Summer Farming Festival. It follows the same 5v5 tower-pushing rules as ranked matches. At the start, you can take a rocket from the fountain to quickly reach the lane, and you can actively land mid-air, which stuns nearby enemies upon landing. The game pace is fast, with an average match lasting about 12 minutes. The core mechanic is stacking layers by completing self-selected tasks to accumulate energy. The higher the layers, the larger the hero's size, and stats like health, attack, and attack speed increase linearly. You can stack up to level 99, and in the late game, it's basically giant heroes colliding with each other, offering a strong visual impact.

Tank heroes perform the best. For example, Zhu Bajie, after stacking multiple buffs, becomes incredibly tanky and has multiple unstoppable abilities, leaving most heroes with no counterplay. Similarly, Kai's first skill can heal indefinitely, restoring about 5000 health every 2 seconds, and his ultimate can block damage infinitely, making him nearly impossible to defeat once fully built. Another example is Lian Po, whose skill range greatly increases after growing larger, and combined with size-increasing buffs, he becomes completely unkillable.

As for marksmen, for instance, Laisi'e's attack range in the late game can reach twice the width of the screen, and his second skill in the air grants 60% immunity to skill damage, leaving enemies unable to touch him and forced to take hits. Hou Yi, after maxing his attack speed, attacks very quickly; at 120 stacks, his attack speed is more than ten times the normal rate.

As for mages, Wu Zetian stands out. Her first and second skills have cooldowns of only 1 to 2 seconds, and her ultimate has a 15-second cooldown. Combined with some ability power-boosting stats, she becomes a long-range map-wide artillery. Others like Nu Wa and Zhen Ji also perform well.
The choice of buffs directly determines the experience. On the left side (trigger conditions), it's best to choose hitting heroes with basic attacks or skills, killing minions, or picking up fragments, as these are the easiest to achieve. Among them, hitting heroes with basic attacks or skills stacks 2 layers each time, giving a good chance to surpass 200 layers. On the right side (buff effects), prioritize increasing size. Generally, increasing size is the most exaggerated and optimal choice, and its effects are quite dramatic. However, for some mages/marksmen, it might become difficult to damage enemies in the late game. In that case, you may need to prioritize ability power or physical attack stats. There will be recommendations when refreshing; if you don't know what to choose, just follow the recommendations.

Additionally, it's not recommended to play support in this mode because the combat pace is too fast, and the role of supports is limited. It's better to choose heroes who can deal damage and tank. Overall, this mode is easy to pick up, very satisfying, and worth playing in your spare time.
That's all for today. If you found it helpful, please give a like to support. If you have anything to say, ask, or want to see, leave a comment below, and I'll read them all~
