Since Baili Shouyue's passive converts every 1% critical strike rate into 4 points of second skill damage, stacking critical strike not only boosts basic attacks but also directly enhances sniper damage, maximizing his output.

As for all ranks, although the data is not as impressive as in peak matches, he is still a relatively healthy strength shooter, so he is playable. Overall, this Night Patrol skin for Baili Shouyue is quite worth getting.
