This Summer Farmer's Festival, Honor of Kings directly gave away ten Critical Hit Treasure tickets on August 8th, claimable upon login – quite generous. However, the Critical Hit Treasure event will close after today, so we face the question of whether to use the gifted tickets before the closure. Almost all online bloggers are saying not to use the Critical Hit Treasure tickets immediately, but to let them convert automatically after the event expires. Why? In this episode, Xiaodi shares his own perspective.

Three ways to use?

In fact, the Critical Hit Treasure tickets can be divided into three uses: Critical Hit Treasure, Normal Points Treasure, and Triple Points Treasure.

Why is it not recommended to use them in the Critical Hit Treasure? Because although the Critical Hit Treasure has a critical hit value, you will find that the value is usually around 7, and most players rarely exceed 10. The cost-effectiveness is average; two five-pull draws might only yield about 14. Moreover, the ultimate prize cannot be chosen. If you happen to draw an old Honor of Kings collection skin or a minion skin that you don't like, it's frustrating because such items cannot be exchanged.

After converting to normal Points Treasure tickets, they are the same as the original version. Although the critical hit bonus is gone, if you spread the ten-pull over two weeks, you can actually get two more Points Treasure tickets from the weekly mission progress, which means two extra chances. So the total becomes 12, which is not much different from the earlier Critical Hit Treasure value.

Of course, the most cost-effective use is to wait until Honor of Kings launches the Triple Points Treasure event, which usually appears around the Spring Festival. Drawing at that time gives you triple probability bonus, and you can also get at least one of the two extra welfare tickets. Comparatively, it's quite profitable. Therefore, it is recommended to save them, and also use the Gift Album event and other free pools to exchange for more Points Treasure tickets to accumulate and draw together.

Free channels to accumulate Treasure tickets

There are currently three stable free acquisition channels in the game, which are the core sources for ordinary players to accumulate Points Treasure tickets:

First is the monthly Gift Album free pool, which is the highest-yield permanent channel. Generally, when a player has collected all epic skins in the pool, every 120 reward refreshes will guarantee 6 Points Treasure tickets. This benefit can be claimed once per month, totaling 72 tickets per year across 12 months. It's actually quite easy because the Gift Album system adds new skins frequently, but epic skins are added less often, so collecting all epic skins in the pool is not difficult.

Second is the Friendship Rekindle system, also a long-term stable benefit. By teaming up and playing matches with returning friends, you can accumulate Friendship Rekindle Coins and exchange them for 2 Points Treasure tickets per month, with one exchange opportunity per month. This yields 24 tickets per year. However, note that the Friendship Rekindle system now has a new acquisition cap, which doesn't affect much if you only aim for Points Treasure tickets.

Finally, the Guild Coin Exchange Shop offers one acquisition opportunity per season. Each season, you can exchange Guild Coins for 2 Points Treasure tickets. With the usual 4 seasons per year, you can get 8 tickets annually.

Adding these up, plus some other limited-time events, you can easily get over a hundred Points Treasure tickets. Combined with the triple probability event, the chance of drawing a Glory Crystal is quite high.
