Greetings to all LPL viewers and League of Legends summoners. This is World of Esports.
Today, the LPL hosted a critical loser's bracket match between BLG and AL. The winner would advance to the loser's bracket finals. Across three games, both teams experienced comebacks to varying degrees, but BLG emerged victorious each time.

Thus, BLG swept AL to advance to the next round, while AL was eliminated in the semifinals.
AL had a dream start, but their jungle invasion backfired.
During the third game's draft phase, AL's jungler picked Nidalee, attempting to control the jungle map with Twisted Fate and Bard's tempo, forming a mid-jungle-support synergy. BLG, on the other hand, opted for a better scaling composition with strong laning and mid-to-late game capabilities, putting the time pressure on AL.

Right from the start, AL grouped as three to kill Jarvan IV, gaining momentum. Then BLG's team invaded the jungle but got into trouble again, giving AL another kill.
Normally, this would be Nidalee's advantageous map control tempo. Tarzan also ganked top lane and killed Bin. In the subsequent dragon fight, BLG secured the dragon first, then a skirmish resulted in a 1-for-1 trade. At this point, AL was still ahead, and their mid-jungle-support trio could easily create offensive plays.

However, AL made a huge mistake while invading the jungle, getting caught in a pincer by BLG. Jarvan IV used his ultimate to trap two players, and Knight landed a triple kill with his combo, turning the tide for BLG. AL's coordinated tempo was instantly broken.
This play essentially sealed AL's fate for the game. Afterwards, AL's rhythm faltered, and they were led by the nose by BLG.
Bin's Renekton 1v3, BLG sweeps AL to advance.
In the second dragon fight, Xun's Jarvan IV decisively engaged again, helping BLG secure a 1-for-2 trade. Consecutive jungle skirmishes all went in BLG's favor. Knight's KDA reached 6-0 in the mid-game, becoming unstoppable. At this point, BLG's composition advantage became apparent. Their bot lane duo with double speed boosts had superior chasing and kiting capabilities. As long as Jarvan IV caught someone, BLG could quickly eliminate them.

Despite being at a huge disadvantage, AL's only control from Twisted Fate failed to make an impact. They were repeatedly breached by BLG. They managed to catch Knight in the jungle and secure a 1000 gold shutdown, but it didn't affect the overall situation.
BLG then seized the opportunity to take Baron. AL came to contest but were quickly outnumbered after Jarvan IV engaged. Bin charged in alone for a 1v3 and killed one, while Knight followed up to secure another kill. BLG easily took Baron, and the game had no more suspense.

In the end, BLG swept AL in three straight games. Summing up the three matches, it's clear there was a gap in team composition. Although BLG also made plenty of mistakes, AL's issues were more severe, with several positions underperforming. They tried to gain an edge through tempo, but ended up being reverse swept in both the second and third games after holding advantages.
AL struggles to achieve results. Can BLG get their revenge?
It can only be said that last year's AL is gone for good. After successive coaching changes, the team has shown signs of fatigue. Veteran players on the roster have issues. Flandre is frequently mocked, and bot laner Hope seems unable to perform in high-stakes games. It's safe to say AL's ceiling is already visible, and breaking through will be very difficult.

If they fail again this year, AL might face disbandment. However, the mid-jungle-support trio still have potential. If AL can strengthen their top and bot lanes, they could improve the team's ceiling.
As for BLG, after this win, they advance to the loser's bracket finals against WE, who previously defeated them. This match will determine who qualifies for MSI. Based on current form, BLG seems more likely to advance. WE appears to have been "figured out" by TES, as their previously winning strategies have become ineffective.

In the post-match interview, Knight directly stated that they would sweep WE 3-0 in the next round. If another player had said this, viewers might doubt it, but Knight always speaks his mind in interviews. When he makes bold claims, he might actually deliver. Everyone can look forward to BLG's performance in the next round.
