Salute to Iran! Despite constant harassment from the U.S., they remain unbeaten in the first two rounds of the World Cup for the first time, earning cheers from the entire stadium.

In the second round of Group G at the World Cup, which ended on June 22 Beijing time, Iran stunned Belgium, a strong European side, with a 0-0 draw, keeping an unbeaten streak in the opening two matches. Remarkably, this was accomplished while Iran endured constant difficulties from the U.S. administration.

Due to widely known reasons, Iran was prohibited from staying in the United States. During the World Cup, they were only permitted to arrive on the day of their matches and were forced to depart immediately afterward. This posed a severe challenge for the team's preparation and physical conditioning.

Despite all the obstacles, Iran displayed tremendous fighting spirit at the World Cup. In their first match against New Zealand, they twice fell behind and twice equalized.

In the second match, facing Belgium—a far stronger team—they withstood 23 shots from their opponents. Iran also forced Belgium to have one player sent off and created several dangerous opportunities, with Taremi even scoring a goal that was unfortunately ruled offside.

According to statistics, this is the first time in Iran's history that they have remained unbeaten in the first two matches of a single World Cup. Over their last four World Cup games against UEFA-affiliated teams, Iran has recorded one win, two draws, and only one loss. It seems that adversity and mistreatment only fuel the "Persian Lions" to fight harder.

Notably, many Iranian fans were present at the stadium to support their national team. Belgian journalist Sacha, who watched the game live, could not help but exclaim: "Everyone in the stadium is supporting Iran, Wow!"

Perhaps it is the strength of their fans that keeps the Iranian men's team fighting. In their final group match, if Iran can defeat Egypt, they will be guaranteed to advance from the group stage.
