Cao Văn Triền joins Becamex TP.HCM

Becamex TP.HCM FC continues to boost its squad ahead of the 2026-2027 V.League season by recruiting seasoned midfielder Cao Văn Triền. This is regarded as a significant reinforcement for the team as it restructures its lineup.

At 33 years old, Cao Văn Triền is still highly rated for his ability to control the game, tactical awareness, and extensive playing experience. The midfielder from Bình Định was once a standout player in the V.League with his calm style, ability to set the tempo, and effective organization of play. He was also called up to the Vietnam national team by coach Park Hang Seo.

Starting his career in the colors of Bình Định, Cao Văn Triền later played for Khánh Hòa and Sài Gòn FC before spending the last three seasons with Quy Nhơn United. With experience accumulated from various competitive environments, he is expected to bring stability and depth to Becamex TP.HCM's midfield.

In recent days, Cao Văn Triền has joined his new team in Bình Dương and quickly adapted to training sessions under the guidance of head coach Gerard Albadalejo.
