MU is set to offload four young talents before the new season kicks off.

MU intends to further streamline its roster before the new campaign, prepared to part ways with four youngsters who do not fit into Michael Carrick's strategic plans.

This summer has witnessed significant upheaval at Old Trafford. The home team has substantially strengthened its squad with the arrivals of Andrey Santos and Youri Tielemans in midfield, while goalkeeper Karl Darlow joined on a free transfer.

On the flip side, MU has also bid farewell to a number of familiar faces. Striker Rasmus Hojlund completed a permanent transfer to Napoli, while Casemiro left after his contract expired. Jadon Sancho and Tyrell Malacia have also departed the Red Devils and are still without a new club.

According to the Daily Mail, the next four players likely to leave Old Trafford are goalkeeper Radek Vitek, left-back Harry Amass, and midfielders Dan Gore and Toby Collyer. All have been told they are not in Carrick's plans for the 2026/27 Premier League season.

For Vitek and Amass, MU's management is reportedly willing to sell them outright or accept loan offers with a buy option. While their future is being decided, both will continue training with the first team at the Carrington training center.

Radek Vitek is drawing interest from several Championship clubs after an impressive loan spell at Bristol City last season. Meanwhile, Harry Amass, who also played in the English second tier, is valued at around £6 million.

As for Toby Collyer, Hull City is said to be closely monitoring the midfielder's situation. Dan Gore is also on the transfer list after returning from a loan stint at Rotherham United.

While some young talents face the risk of leaving, MU still holds high expectations for other prospects like Shea Lacey and Jack Fletcher. The duo were previously named in the first-team squad for the 2025/26 season and will have a chance to prove themselves during pre-season to compete for regular playing time.

Regarding squad reinforcement, Manchester United is still searching for an additional central midfielder. Names such as Manu Kone and Eduardo Camavinga have been linked with the Manchester club. Furthermore, the Red Devils have long pursued Aurelien Tchouameni, but the French midfielder is reportedly close to signing a contract extension with Real Madrid, making the deal highly unlikely.
