Former Vietnamese futsal player helps his team win the national 6-a-side football tournament

Former Vietnamese futsal star Nguyễn Minh Trí emerged as a key player at the TPG6v6 – Care For Việt Nam Cup 2026 finals, contributing significantly to Thảo Vy Organic's 6-2 victory over Quảng cáo Trần Gia in the championship match.

The striker, who once participated in the FIFA Futsal World Cup, also won a double of individual honors: Best Player and Top Scorer.

The TPG6v6 – Care For Việt Nam Cup 2026 finals concluded successfully at PM Sport Stadium (Ho Chi Minh City) with Thảo Vy Organic crowned champions after a convincing 6-2 victory over Quảng cáo Trần Gia in the final on the afternoon of August 2.

The tournament's biggest mark belonged to former Vietnamese futsal playerNguyễn Minh Trí. The shooter, once a "hero" of the FIFA Futsal World Cup for Vietnamese futsal, continued to show his class as the leading force in Thảo Vy Organic's attack, playing a key role in helping the team win the first national 6-a-side football tournament.

Not only did he help his team win the championship and a prize of 50 million VND, Nguyễn Minh Trí also swept the two most prestigious individual awards: Best Player and Top Scorer, affirming the class of one of the most experienced stars at the tournament.

Besides Minh Trí,Thảo Vy Organicalso demonstrated collective strength with a quality squad featuring many standout players. Goalkeeper Trương Quý Công was also honored as Best Goalkeeper, helping the team dominate individual awards.

TPG6v6 – Care For Việt Nam Cup 2026 marked an important milestone as it was organized for the first time as a national tournament system. After more than three months of competition in regional qualifiers, eight best teams representing different regions gathered in Ho Chi Minh City to compete for the championship.

Assessing the season's success, Head of the Organizing Committee, Master. Lawyer Võ Đan Mạch emphasized: "The 2026 season marks a major turning point for TPG in the journey of developing 6-a-side football in Vietnam. We are truly honored to have organized a completely successful tournament, laying the foundation to expand this playground nationwide."

After the tournament, the organizing committee also announced a series of charity projects in 2026 such as "Journey of Compassion", "Sowing Football Dreams", "Mid-Autumn Festival in the Great Forest". Notably, Nguyễn Minh Trí will continue to accompany as the image representative of TPG6v6, helping to spread the spirit of sports and community values to a wide range of fans.
