Fenerbahce's pursuit of Lukaku takes a positive turn as the player shows willingness, with Napoli demanding €12 million.

Italian outlet Il Mattino reports that Romelu Lukaku, the Napoli forward, is keen on joining Fenerbahce, signaling real movement in this much-anticipated deal. The Serie A club is asking for €12 million for the player, though the two sides have yet to agree on the valuation.

The 33-year-old Lukaku has only one year left on his contract with Napoli. Last season, he made just seven appearances for the club, scoring one goal, which fell short of expectations and led to significant tensions. As his desire to leave grows, Fenerbahce has stepped in at the right time. Compared to options like Major League Soccer, Fenerbahce holds a unique appeal for Lukaku.
