Manchester United is set to sign a Leicester City midfielder, with a first-team transfer fee under £10 million! He is willing to reject Arsenal.

BBC reports that Manchester United is working hard to facilitate the transfer of Leicester City youngster Louis Page. The 18-year-old midfielder was the best apprentice player in the English Football League (EFL) last season, which refers to all professional leagues outside the Premier League.

Page's surname means "page" in English, hence the British media's joke about United turning the page. His Chinese transliteration reminds people of the cartoon character "Peppa Pig," though they are not the same word. The player is also a member of England U20 national team and has made 21 appearances for Leicester City's senior team, starting 5 times in the Championship last season and coming off the bench 13 times.

According to information, Page was born on July 10, 2008, stands 1.86 meters tall, is left-footed, and plays as a box-to-box midfielder. He is considered one of the most promising prospects outside the Premier League. Manchester United is still negotiating his transfer, and Arsenal and Aston Villa have also expressed interest, but the player is reportedly willing to reject both to join United.

Leicester City has been in poor form over the last two seasons, having been relegated to League One, and they will have to sell many players. Recently, "the Foxes" 17-year-old striker Jeremy Monga has transferred to Manchester City; he was also once linked with Manchester United but chose the other Manchester giant.

Since Page turned 18 last month and has already signed a professional contract, Manchester United must negotiate a transfer fee with Leicester City.
