Opposite hitter Ly Thi Luyen played a part in Nakhon Ratchasima Club securing the stage 2 title in Thailand's women's volleyball national league.
The Thai volleyball club Nakhon Ratchasima continued to show impressive form in the 2025/2026 Thailand women's volleyball championship by winning a thrilling 3-2 match against Supreme Chonburi. The match was exciting and both teams had to go to the fifth set to determine the winner.
Nakhon Ratchasima started well with two consecutive set wins of 25-20 and 25-20, but Supreme Chonburi did not give up easily, winning the next two sets with scores of 25-20 and 25-21. In the deciding set, Nakhon Ratchasima won 15-11, thus closing the match with a 3-2 score.

In this match, Vietnamese opposite hitter Ly Thi Luyen was brought onto the court at the end of the second set and managed to leave her mark with a blocking point. Although her playing time was not long, her appearance still helped Nakhon Ratchasima strengthen their blocking line during a crucial phase.
After the match, Nakhon Ratchasima Club announced: "The CAT DEVIL girls (nickname of Nakhon Ratchasima) won a breath-taking 3-2 set victory over their opponent, thus concluding stage two with the stage 2 championship of Thailand's National League."
According to the latest information, Nakhon Ratchasima and the three clubs with the best performance in stage 2 have secured spots in the finals. The other three teams are Supreme Chonburi, Khon Kaen Star VC, and Harudot Chonburi RMUTT VC.
About a week earlier, Ly Thi Luyen had a memorable debut wearing the Nakhon Ratchasima jersey in Thailand's National League. In the match against Kanchanaburi Power, the Vietnamese volleyball opposite hitter was placed in the starting lineup and performed notably by scoring 14 points, the highest on her team's side. Notably, among these, up to 8 points came from blocking plays, demonstrating her effective defensive ability at the net. Nakhon Ratchasima achieved a convincing 3-0 victory with scores of 25-19, 25-13, and 25-18.
