About the AVC Cup 2026 volleyball tournament
The AVC Cup 2026 women's volleyball tournament will take place from June 6 to 14 in the Philippines, bringing together 12 top Asian teams: Vietnam, Philippines, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Iran, Indonesia, Australia, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Uzbekistan, Taiwan (China), and Hong Kong (China). This is considered one of the most important continental women's volleyball events of the year, where teams have the opportunity to assert their status and prepare for larger international competitions in the future.

According to the competition format, the 12 teams are divided into 2 groups. Group A includes Philippines, Taiwan (China), South Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Australia, and Uzbekistan. Group B consists of Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Iran, Indonesia, Hong Kong (China), and Lebanon. Teams play a single round-robin to determine rankings, with the top two from each group advancing to the semifinals. The remaining teams will compete in placement matches for positions 5th through 12th.
