The head coach of the Thai national volleyball team speaks out after the team's consecutive losses at VNL 2026.

Coach Kiattipong Radchatagriengkai expressed his feelings after the Thai women's national volleyball team lost decisively 0-3 to the Czech Republic in the fourth match of VNL 2026.

The Thai women's volleyball team has lost four consecutive matches in VNL 2026, against Serbia, China, Belgium, and most recently the Czech Republic. In their latest match, Thailand lost to the Czech Republic with a score of 0-3 (-25, 19-25, 11-25).

After the match, head coach of the Thai women's volleyball team, Kiattipong Radchatagriengkai, stated: "All the athletes fought with all their might, but that was still not enough to secure a victory. In this leg, we have gained many lessons and experiences when facing opponents with tall physiques and their playing styles."

Coach Kiattipong Radchatagriengkai spoke out after the Thai women's volleyball team lost four consecutive matches in VNL 2026.

The head coach of the Thai women's volleyball team continued: "We will try to bounce back to improve and address the weaknesses that we haven't executed well. The first thing is physical recovery (body care) as we have about 8-9 days of preparation. I believe that when we play on home soil in Thailand, everyone will give 100% effort."

Before the match against the Czech Republic, Thailand ranked 20th in the world with 163.38 points. After the match, the Thai women's team dropped to 23rd place with 156.44 points. Meanwhile, the Czech women's team maintained their 13th place but increased their points to 225.43.

Next, the Thai women's national volleyball team will continue to compete in the second week of VNL, which will take place in Thailand from June 17 to June 21, 2026. They will face Ukraine, Bulgaria, Canada, and the Netherlands in succession.
